Heating and Air Conditioning
General Manager is held accountable for
directing and arranging all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service
location. The General Manager oversees
the P&L, drives sales, and provides
leadership to all staff and
processes for the center.
The Service Technician performs
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial
HVAC equipment and accessories. The Service Technician speaks
with residential and/or commercial customers to answer questions, resolve
issues, and verify complete
customer satisfaction. The person in the role also advises the customer of recommended products and services and works under the
supervision of the Field Supervisor or
Installation Technician conducts heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial
jobsites. The person in the role also conducts
installation and service on inside air products
and equipment, as well,
and has the qualifications to understand
controls and wiring graphics and schematics.
Customer Service Specialist fields customer
and billing questions with the highest
level of courtesy and
professionalism to resolve customer
issues with a one-call resolution.
The Customer Service Specialist is also charged with assisting in day-to-day
running of the Service Experts Heating and Air
Conditioning service center.
Dispatcher, using company radio and pager processes,
dispatches customer information to Installers, Service Technicians, and
Maintenance Technicians. The person in the role also
corresponds with the customer to
confirm the customer is aware of
scheduled appointments, reply to queries,
and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher
efficiently plans and routes the most
suitable technicians following
established company procedures.
