Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes each year.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes each year.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) different sales classes provided for General Managers semiannually, totaling 4 ½ training days, focusing on sales culture and daily sales operation.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians is comprised of:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Carbon monoxide and heat exchanger inspection annually
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ biannually
  • Ongoing NATE certification and specialty programs on demand

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further education through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better train our technical staff.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to give support, resources, and structure for running a business from the P&L aspect.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times a year, conduct outbound calling over a one (1) day course. In this course we go over HVAC basics, why people buy, calling techniques, scripts, customer buying signs, and mastering customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes provided. On the job training given by the General Manager and applicable staff at the center.
