I pointed to a specific trouble spot when explaining what I wanted. The tech sealed everything but the spot I pointed out. I paid for this work."

"We were scheduled for a maintenance visit when our Trane air conditioner broke. Ive been paying for 2 systems to be maintained. When three service men came to the door I thought it would be fixed, but they told me they couldnt fix it - the wiring was wrong and they didnt know how to adjust the settings on the Trane system. So I called another company who is a Trane dealer. When he got here he couldnt believe that your men couldnt figure out the problem. He said it was air conditioning 101 - there was no coolant in the system. There was a leak. He also said the condenser outside hadnt been cleaned at all, which I thought they would have at minimum done that. Im still waiting to hear from Jennifer the manager about a refund. Lets just say Ive lost confidence in your ability as a service provider."

"Didn't accept first survey submission. Service was bad and feel that technician blew the ac/furnace fuse in our fuse box that needed to be replaced(can't prove it, but it was fine before the call). Technician did not advise us on the cost to replace the fuse. Had to call manager to help install the part. Also had to do the same on the initial appointment in May. Wrong part was ordered and wasted a half day waiting for the technician who wanted to fix the part in the furnace. Feel like you sent your most inexperienced tech and that our account is not of value. You can call if you want to discuss further."

"From the initial call placed to customer service and the confusion there to the rude, arrogant condescending attitude of RJ the entire experience was horrible. Unprofessional is an understatement. The lack of communication between customer service, the tech and the customer is substantial. RJs attitude, ego and condescending tone especially telling me how to spend my money and I need a new real estate broker was far more disrespectful than anyone in the company has been. This entire situation inflicted a great amount of stress while. It physically made me ill. My coworker overheard the conversation and suggested I find another company. Im requesting a manager(director CEO) call me. I want to cancel both property contracts I have. Again the mental stress and $1000 service which I believe is grossly inflated has been exhausting."

"The technician that finally came to my house was great. The technicians have always been top notch. The reason for the downgrade is in the scheduling and back office departments. I have been on the monthly payment plan for 11 years. It used to be I would get a call every spring and fall to schedule maintenance visit. That doesnt happen anymore, and somehow my membership lapsed and no one let me know that either. My first appointment never had a tech show up, and after I called to ask, was told management woul call me. No one ever did. I called back again and was scheduled, then on the day I took off work to be home for the appointment I received a call that I was misscheduled again. The poor dispatcher. She found me a spot so I didnt waste my day off. You company installed my system and have been great, really great when golden seal was independent before you were affiliated with service experts. The people have always been great, but your back office processes appear weak. Thanks for listening."

"Once the problem was finally taken care of, I suppose I was relatively happy. However the process of getting everything fixed was a friggin nightmare. If the original tech who came out a week ago had serviced our AC unit properly and could have identified the original problem, we wouldn't have had to sweat our butts off in our own house for 36 hours, while we waited repeatedly being told that a tech would be there between 8:00 and 10:00 and wasn't there until later that afternoon. Many promises, still a root problem occurring, but the Band-Aid has been slapped on it and it is bearable for now. I'm still waiting for a call from some sort of management position to deal with what had transpired for our whole ordeal and how we can fix it and move forwards."

"Well, you see, the problem is that my appointment on Monday was completely ignored, no call, no email, no apology. When I called Monday, long after the window, the man said that someone would call me on Tuesday to schedule an appointment. No One Called. I called twice Tuesday, and couldnt get through the hell of your voicemail system. I called Wednesday morning,spoke with a lady that rearranged things to get a tech to my house first thing. So - on a scale of 1-10 for the first week of this FUBAR experience, I give you a -10 (*yes, negative numbers). For Wednesday morning, you get a 10. I think a 0 average is in play here. However - Corey arrived on time, was pleasant and efficient. He and the phone person saved GSSE from getting dumped in favor of a local outift. ANY local outfit. This was the second time your organization FUBAR'd an appointment. On my last furnace service, the tech was sent to Kankakee for a late day appointment, in advance of my 4p-6p window. I did get a call from the tech on that one, telling me he was going to be at least an hour late. THIS time, however, it was as if we didn't even exist. Unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable. I don't care if it was raining, you still should have called me... I drove in from Arizona to make sure I was home for this appointment that I had to set over a month and a half in advance. I ended up extending a vehicle rental to accomplish this."

Due to removal of foundation it was on they told us it would cost $1500. We were told by call center that it would be free. Local person got combatant with me during call to verify where they were. Told us that no one was available to do the disconnect. Asked to speak with manager (never called back) finally sent a tech took 15 minutes to disconnect. Didnt have a dolly to move the air conditioner. So my work crew did it. We were advised a month ago if you had a service contract the disconnect and reconnect would be free. Felt held hostage by local reps. Youre welcome to contact us as we will be reaching out to your management team. We may of considered a new unit based on the charges. This pipe runs from the furnace thru the house and out the roof. So now rain is running down the pipe into the furnace. He also was going to pick up my check for next year's service renewal. "First, Angel deserves an 8 for the work he did. If he'd been more on time it would be higher. BUT That isn't the problem. The problem is that when I called and talked to people about getting this problem taken care of, I referred to water pouring out of my attic (where the unit is), therefore when I was asked if there was a leak, I answered "yes". It took several tries before I talked to anyone who ostensibly knows AC systems picked up on the fact that I was speaking of a water leak, not a freon leak. I am not an engineer; I am not an A.C. expert; it did not occur to me that people were asking about a freon leak. No one said "freon". And since water coming out of an AC system is normal, I assumed water leaks are not uncommon. I am partially at fault for the miscommunication, of course, but I am the layman. The other problem is that, according to Angel, you have another technician who lives within a few blocks of me. The one who was originally scheduled and cancelled because he didn't have the equipment to deal with "a leak." He could have come that day instead of cancelling, and diagnosed the problem and maybe avoided me having to try repeatedly to get someone here. Especially since the problem I thought I had and he thought I had weren't the same. The woman I spoke with on Friday 6/4 was good, and Angel was excellent, though he had to come a long way. But it was the difficulty in getting someone here that is the cause for the low number."

For the repair itself I would give Cesar a '10', however i have to give a '1' for prior maintenance; i.e. as a customer on a maintain plan 2x annually for years it is extremely concerning and upsetting to learn the repair that was needed was a result of a leak that was occurring for a while, and while no exact time table was provided it sure seemed like years not months. So the questions becomes how do we have a leak that has caused so much rust and potential damage go unreported by prior service techs. especially since we are an regularly scheduled maintenance schedule."
